Yoga was traditionally taught to individuals or small groups enabling students to develop their practice at their own pace supported by their teacher - where possible, this remains the ideal way of learning yoga and advancing the practice.
The private sessions are tailored so that they suit your needs. I offer quality tuition at your home/workplace or at my home (BS6 area in Cotham) if this is preferable. Usually the first session lasts 90mins and the following ones 60mins. Please contact me for further details, stating:
